Hope hubby is feeling better...this flu bug is a nasty one. I saw a really good soup in a recent cookbook, you should fix for him. The name of the book is: Soups and Sammies to Warm Any Soul...put together by my favorite chef!! These are coming in faster than I can read them...go Cassie!!!! (((Cassie)))
No, Jean I didn't...as soon as he left for the docs...phone rang off the wall...doc gave him an excuse from work till Mon...even then he said he'll probably still feel pretty rough...am going out to find my book tomorrow..will take a pic and share it with you...:))
Your poor hubby! Hopefully the Tamiflu will do the trick and he'll feel better tomorrow. Did you ever get a chance to find your W/W cookbook? You were probably to busy but I just thought I'd check.
Thank you Jeanne...glad you're enjoying looking at them...I never realized how many books I'd be able to make out of just my recipes...lol! I'm really enjoying doing them...btw...I didn't get dinner made tonight, like I had planned...too much going on with him being sick...doc gave him Tamiflu...he didn't want food, so the boy and I had a sandwich...I told my son I'd make it tomorrow...maybe hubby will feel more like eating by then...glad you were able to look at them on your computer...enjoy!
Yes, Ellen...I have been a busy one...as soon as I get the ones done for the kids...I am going to make others with members recipes, as there are so many good ones I want...many of yours included...I told you one of these days I git - er - done...lol!
Another great job Cassie! I have been looking at all of your cookbooks on the computer and they are fantastic! I just wish I could look through them on my iPad but I'm making it work!
Eight cookbooks? You have been a busy gal! I'm so glad you decided to do some--you must have enough wonderful recipes to fill a library! You'll have to be patient with me. It may take awhile to look through these properly. Good for you, Cass! I'm sure your son and daughter will really appreciate them!
