Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into one inch cubes ( i left the skin on mine, as we like them that way )
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt - i use kosher
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, melted - 1/2 stick
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - bay leaf
How To Make crispy potato cubes

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degree F.

Step 2In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt,garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, marjoram and pepper. Add potatoes; seal bag and shake to coat.

Step 3our butter into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish; stir in the garlic.

Step 4Add potatoes and bay leaf, spread evenly. Cover and bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir; bake 20 - 25 minutes longer or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Discard the bay leaf. I then place them in a serving bowl, and give a small sprinkling of kosher salt.
