One of my all time favorite salads..crunchy, bacony flavor. Everyone always goes back for seconds. I make this salad for most get together's, as it's always a hit.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 bunch
    broccoli florets - broken into pieces
  • 1
    head, cauliflower - broken into pieces
  • 3
    carrots, shredded
  • 1
    sweet onion, diced
  • 8 oz
    shedded, cheddar cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • DRESSING

  • 4 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1 c
    hellman's mayo
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How to Make Creamy Broccoli / Cauliflower Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together salad ingredients.
    Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and stir till thoroughly coated.

    Refrigerate till ready to serve. I always do mine the day before serving. I think it is even better the next day.
