b/c vegetable salad

Broccoli / Cauliflower salad is one of my favorites to take to any outing, or potluck. Always sure to bring home an empty bowl. This salad is great with most any veggies tossed in...take you pick.. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli flourets, chopped small
  • 2 cups cauliflower. chopped small
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced fine
  • 1/4 package shredded carrots(or more if desired)
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded, cheddar cheese ( optional )
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
  • - salt and pepper , to taste
  • fresh - parmesan

How To Make b/c vegetable salad

  • Step 1
    Toss together vegetables. Make the dressing. Mix the vegetables, bacon, and dressing together; sprinkle with fresh Parmesan. I like to let the salad sit for a good hour or overnight before serving.
