Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen broccoli flourets
- 1 can 10 3/4 ounce cheddar cheese soup
- 4 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 - sleeve ritz crackers,
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
- few - sprinkles paprika
How To Make ez cheesy broccoli

Step 1Cook your broccoli, just until tender crisp - don't overcook, drain In a bowl gently blend soup and cheese with the broccoli. Place in casserole dish. Salt and pepper if desired.

Step 2Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers and cheese. Spread crackers over broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Step 3Bake at 325 degree F. for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
