Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen broccoli flourets
  • 1 can 10 3/4 ounce cheddar cheese soup
  • 4 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 - sleeve ritz crackers,
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
  • few - sprinkles paprika

How To Make ez cheesy broccoli

  • Step 1
    Cook your broccoli, just until tender crisp - don't overcook, drain In a bowl gently blend soup and cheese with the broccoli. Place in casserole dish. Salt and pepper if desired.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers and cheese. Spread crackers over broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 325 degree F. for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  • Step 4
    Enjoy!
