I received this recipe from a dear friend of mine, loved it, tasted just like Cracker Barrels...

2 pounds bag frozen hash browns
1/2 cup butter melted
1- 10 1/4 ounces can cream of chicken soup
1 pint ( 16 ounces) sour cream
1/2 cup onion peeled and chopped...i use a cup as we love onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make copycat cracker barrel hash browns casserole

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 11x14 baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

Mix the above ingredients together, place in prepared dish and bake 45 min or until nicely browned...yum!
