I received this recipe from a dear friend of mine, loved it, tasted just like Cracker Barrels...

Ingredients
- 2 pounds bag frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1- 10 1/4 ounces can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint ( 16 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion peeled and chopped...i use a cup as we love onions
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 11x14 baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Mix the above ingredients together, place in prepared dish and bake 45 min or until nicely browned...yum!
