I could eat this salad any day of the week! I love the combination..scrumptious!

Ingredients

  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • SALAD INGREDIENTS
  • 6 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 - hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
  • 1 - ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup ( 1 ounce) blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked,crumbled bacon

How To Make cobb salad

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl with lid, or cruet, combine lemon juice, oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings; shake well. Chill to blend flavors.
  • Step 2
    In a large salad bowl, arrange remaining ingredients; chill. Just before serving, toss with dressing.
  • Step 3
    Enjoy!
