Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- SALAD INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups finely shredded lettuce
- 2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
- 3 - hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
- 1 - ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup ( 1 ounce) blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked,crumbled bacon
How To Make cobb salad

Step 1In a small bowl with lid, or cruet, combine lemon juice, oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings; shake well. Chill to blend flavors.

Step 2In a large salad bowl, arrange remaining ingredients; chill. Just before serving, toss with dressing.
