red wine vinegar

sugar

dry mustard
1/2 tsp

worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
pepper

SALAD INGREDIENTS

finely shredded lettuce
2 c
finely chopped cooked chicken

hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
2 medium
tomatoes, seeded, peeled and chopped
1/4 c
sweet onion, diced

ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
1/4 c
( 1 ounce) blue cheese, crumbled

cooked,crumbled bacon

How to Make Cobb Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a small bowl with lid, or cruet, combine lemon juice, oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings; shake well.

    Chill to blend flavors.
  • 2In a large salad bowl, arrange remaining ingredients; chill.

    Just before serving, toss with dressing.
