This corn is a wonderful accompaniment to any meal. It will be served for Thanksgiving, and Christmas in my home. It has become a tradition. I like making this not only because it's delicious, but frees me up to do my other meal preparations. Once you start eating this, you can't stop, it's sooo good!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For creamed corn ( crock pot style)

1 cmilk
-
1 cheavy cream
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
3/4 tspsalt

2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/8 tspcayenne pepper
-
1/4 cquick-mixing flour, such as wondra
-
3 - 16 ozpackages of frozen whole kernal corn, thawed and drained. i either use my fresh frozen corn, or birdseye brand

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley ( optional)

pepper to taste
How To Make creamed corn ( crock pot style)

1In crock pot, whisk together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and flour until smooth. Stir in corn.

2Cover and cook on the high setting 3 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until bubbly and thickened. Serve, garnished with parsley, cheese, bacon, whatever you decide. I often serve with crumbled bacon.
