Ingredients

  • 3 c
    cooked pasta, drained
  • 1 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 4 oz
    white cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz
    yellow cheddar, cubed
  • 8 - 10 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1
    1-oz. packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 - 1/2 c
    miracle whip - do not substitute
  • 1 - 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 small
    red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small
    yellow bell pepper, diced
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Ranch Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the onion, bacon, broccoli, cheese, peppers, pasta.

    In another bowl, whisk the ranch dressing,
    miracle whip and mayonnaise along with the salt and pepper.

    Pour over pasta and veggies and stir well to combine.

    Refrigerate to chill before serving.
