Tasty Red Potatoes - My Way

These potatoes make a delicious accompaniment to any meat.

Seasoned just right..

6 medium
red potatoes, cooked and cut into 1 inch chunks ( i par boil them whole) drain and cube
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1 - 1 1/2 tsp
dried parsley
1 - 1 1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 - 1 1/2 tsp
onion powder
1 - 1 1/2 tsp
paprika ( optional)
oil for frying..i used bacon grease
salt and pepper to taste


1In a medium to large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Add potatoes; cook for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2In a small bowl mix the spices.
3Stir in the spices and onion; cook and stir 5 - 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are browned and onions are tender.

Add more oil as needed, the potatoes are like sponges..sucks it right up..
4Sometimes I add some crisp bacon also.

These make great breakfast potatoes too..

I add salt to taste at the end. The potatoes suck the salt right up while frying, and end up having to salt again. That leads to over usage..
