Ingredients
- 6 medium red potatoes, cooked and cut into 1 inch chunks ( i par boil them whole) drain and cube
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika ( optional)
- - oil for frying..i used bacon grease
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tasty red potatoes - my way

Step 1In a medium to large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add potatoes; cook for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2In a small bowl mix the spices.

Step 3Stir in the spices and onion; cook and stir 5 - 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are browned and onions are tender. Add more oil as needed, the potatoes are like sponges..sucks it right up..

Step 4Sometimes I add some crisp bacon also. These make great breakfast potatoes too.. I add salt to taste at the end. The potatoes suck the salt right up while frying, and end up having to salt again. That leads to over usage..
