Julia, I love to eat fish. I prefer it to other meats. So no I can never have enough recipes. Kim salmon is my favorite fish also. And you both are very welcome. Thank you both for posting delicious recipes.

Yay....thanks for including I want to make that Halibut and Red Curry again. We are having Prawns in Lime/Curry/Cilantro tonight served on a bed of mixed greens, Roasted Sweet Potato Slices with Sweet Chili Lime Sauce and leftover Orecchiette pasta with Brussels Spouts, Walnuts, Bacon and Herbs. Ha! Using up leftovers in the fridge....get creative.
