Ingredients
- 1 pound cod, fillets (cut into 4 fillets)
- 1/2 pound uncooked shrimp
- 2 teaspoons herbes de provence
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 medium lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 cup white wine, dry
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, low salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- - pepper to taste
How To Make pan seared cod and shrimp

Step 1Lightly brush fish fillets with 1/3 olive oil.

Step 2Sprinkle herbs, old bay and pepper on both sides of fish.

Step 3In a heated skillet, add remining olive oil. Lightly brown fish and shrimp. This should take about 2-3 minutes. Turn. Add lemon juice, wine and chicken broth. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until done.

Step 4Remove fish to a warm plate. Reduce sauce and pour over fish.
