How to Make Baked Fish
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Coat each filet with flour, shaking off excess.
3Place in a baking dish large enough to hold them in a single layer.
4Spread mayonnaise evenly over he filets.
5Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley.
6Carefully pour water around the fish to 1/4 inch depth. DO NOT pour the water over the top of the fish.
7Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and top is lightly browned.
