Ingredients
- 8 (8oz.) - haddock or other white fish filets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
How To Make baked fish

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Coat each filet with flour, shaking off excess.

Step 3Place in a baking dish large enough to hold them in a single layer.

Step 4Spread mayonnaise evenly over he filets.

Step 5Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley.

Step 6Carefully pour water around the fish to 1/4 inch depth. DO NOT pour the water over the top of the fish.

Step 7Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and top is lightly browned.
