Baked Fish
Ingredients

8 (8oz.)haddock or other white fish filets

1/2 call-purpose flour

4 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspparsley flakes

1 Tbsplemon pepper
How to Make Baked Fish
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat each filet with flour, shaking off excess.
- Place in a baking dish large enough to hold them in a single layer.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over he filets.
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley.
- Carefully pour water around the fish to 1/4 inch depth. DO NOT pour the water over the top of the fish.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and top is lightly browned.
