This is one of my favorite fish dishes.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 8 (8oz.)
    haddock or other white fish filets
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon pepper

How to Make Baked Fish

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat each filet with flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Place in a baking dish large enough to hold them in a single layer.
  4. Spread mayonnaise evenly over he filets.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley.
  6. Carefully pour water around the fish to 1/4 inch depth. DO NOT pour the water over the top of the fish.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and top is lightly browned.
