  • 2 lb
    talapia fillets
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried basil
  • ·
    black pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    hot pepper sauce

How to Make Tilapia Parmesan


  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
    In buttered 13x9 inch baking dish, lay fillets in single layer. Do not stack.
    Brush top with juice.
  2. In bowl combine cheese, butter, mayonnaise, onions, and seasonings. Mix well with fork.
  3. Bake fish in preheated over 10 to 20 minutes or until fish just starts sto flake,
  4. Spread with cheese mixture and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Watch fish closely so that is does not overcook,
  5. Makes 4 servings.
