How to Make White Fish and Smokey Bacon Kebabs
- pre-heat grill on high.
in a shallow dish combine lemon juice and paprika.add chunks of fish, toss to coat.
- cut each strip of bacon in half,and wrap around chunks of fish.. secure on skewers (i use double pronged skewers).
- reduce heat on grill to medium-low. place skewers on grill and cook,turing as necessary, untill fish is cooked through. ( abought 8 minutes).
