Baked Fish Supreme
I got this recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks, "Quick & Easy Entrees - Food Editors Favorites".
It is easy and juicy and tasty!

1onion, finely minced
3/4 cevaporated milk
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
·juice of one medium lemon
2 lbfresh water fish fillets (perch, bass, etc.)
·salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
How to Make Baked Fish Supreme
- Heat butter in a large skillet. Add onion; saute until slightly brown. Add evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; mix.
- Pat fish fillets dry with paper towel. Rub with salt and pepper. Put fish in a large baking dish; pour sauce over fish. Sprinkle parsley and paprika over sauce.
- Bake, uncovered, in a pre-heated 375 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes, basting frequently.
*Ocean fish can be prepared in the same way.
