I love recipes that are pretty much fool-proof, that I can count on turning out the same every time. Of course, I want them to taste good, too! I got this recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks, "Quick & Easy Entrees - Food Editors Favorites". It is easy and juicy and tasty! It was contributed by a food columnist from Shreveport, LA.
