I've been in the kitchen ever since I can remember. As the oldest of 6, I grew up working side by side with my mother, whipping up wonderful things for the family table. I enjoy gardening and pressure canning the fruits of our labor. Living in Alaska for 16 yrs allowed us to live a unique, modified subsistence lifestyle with the numerous berries, moose and salmon available. Now I am retired. We relocated to E. Tennessee and we love it here. I can't wait to experience fresh fruits and hot-weather veggies again. Growing up in NM, I must have my New Mexico Hatch Green Chile and Red Chile
