Ingredients
- 6 - catfish fillets
- 2 - 6 oz cans crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1 cup italian-style bread crumbs
- 1 - celery rib, finely chopped
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
How To Make crabmeat stuffed catfish

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, celery, eggs, mayonnaise,2 tbsp butter, worcestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix well.

Step 2Lay catfish on cutting board. Season w/ remaining pepper. Spread crabmeat mix equally down center of each fillet.

Step 3Starting at long end, roll up. Place seamside down in baking dish. Brush w/ remaining butter. Sprinkle w/ paprika. Bake 25-30 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
