Hi Susan!! Believe it or not I thought long and hard on the name!! LOL!! But it all came down to what most people think about pasta, that it is indeed a comfort food and very pleasing :)
Andy, I indeed searched all the pasta recipes, and it was fun!! I tried to choose recipes that were not only your tried and true, but also unique as well. I was hoping to include something for everyone! :)
Love your cookbook and I also love the name 'Pleasing Pasta'! It's very creative! I agree, pasta is pleasing!! lol Who doesn't love it! I don't know what I would do if I didn't have some kind of pasta once a week! lol
