Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburg
- 1 - large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 - egg
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 18 - giant shells
- 1 jar large spaghetti sauce or your own
- 1/3 cup dry red wine (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed shells -

Step 1Brown hamburg in skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain, add onion and garlic. Cook about 3 minutes. Stir in mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and egg. Remove from heat.

Step 2Cook shells in boiling salted water until aalmost tender. Drain and run under cold water so they will be easier to stuff. Use meat mixture to stuff shells

Step 3Pour a layer of sauce over bottom of 9x13x2 pan. Place shells on top of sauce side by side in a single layer. Mix wine with remaining sauce (optional) and pour over shells. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4Note: can add or remove ingredients per your families preferences. ENJOY
