garlicky buttered noodles

This side dish turned out really good and what I liked best was that the next day, the noodles still tasted buttery! No need to add more butter :) I added the recipe for the House Seasoning, which can be stored in an air tight container for 6 months. Or you can just go to the store and buy it :)

Ingredients
- 1/2 package egg noodles, no-yolk variety
- 1/4 cup spray butter ( i use parkay)
- 1/4 teaspoon paula dean's house seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- RECIPE FOR PAULA DEAN'S HOUSE SEASONING
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
How To Make garlicky buttered noodles

Step 1Add the 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to boiling water with noodles. Cook 1/2 of the package of egg noodles, al dente'. 7-10 minutes

Step 2Drain egg noodles well and put noodles in another bowl.

Step 3Make sure to shake the spray butter, then pour 1/4 cup of the butter onto the noodles, mix well. Add more butter if you need too.

Step 4Finally, add the 1/4 teaspoon of House Seasoning to the noodles, mix well and serve!
