This is a quick and easy summer salad and very delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pkg. vegetable pasta, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups zesty italian dressing,more if needed
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small pkg. sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 8 ounces pkg. mozzarella cheese sticks, cut up to bite size
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup black or green olives,sliced
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded,optional

How To Make pizza pasta summer salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta al-dente; drain,rinse and drain well. Cut tomatoes in half and add in a large bowl with the chopped bell pepper, onion, olives,mozzarella pieces and the turkey slices.
  • Step 2
    Add the vegetable mixture and the pasta together and mix to combine. Pour dressing over all in the bowl.. This can be layered in a abowl or mixed together like suggested.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the Swiss cheese.Chill for at least 2 hours, adding more dressing if necessary..sometimes the pasta absorbs the dressing and gets dry. So add extra dressing with disgression. Stir salad well before serving.
