A very delicious, fattening dish. Great with steaks or chicken.

Ingredients

  • - 2 tbs butter
  • - 2 tbs olive oil
  • - 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • - 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh is best.
  • - 1/4 tsp salt
  • - 1 tsp pepper
  • - 8 oz cooked angel hair pasta
  • - 1/2 c chopped parsley

How To Make lemon garlic pasta

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly. Do not allow garlic to burn as it will turn bitter.
  • Step 2
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • Step 3
    Bring to a boil and pour over cooked pasta.
  • Step 4
    Add parsley and toss gently
  • Step 5
    Serve immediately.
