How to Make Lemon Garlic Pasta
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly. Do not allow garlic to burn as it will turn bitter.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Bring to a boil and pour over cooked pasta.
- Add parsley and toss gently
- Serve immediately.
