    2 tbs butter
  • ·
    2 tbs olive oil
  • ·
    5 garlic cloves, minced
  • ·
    1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh is best.
  • ·
    1/4 tsp salt
  • ·
    1 tsp pepper
  • ·
    8 oz cooked angel hair pasta
  • ·
    1/2 c chopped parsley

How to Make Lemon Garlic Pasta


  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly. Do not allow garlic to burn as it will turn bitter.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper
  3. Bring to a boil and pour over cooked pasta.
  4. Add parsley and toss gently
  5. Serve immediately.
