Ingredients
- - 2 tbs butter
- - 2 tbs olive oil
- - 5 garlic cloves, minced
- - 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh is best.
- - 1/4 tsp salt
- - 1 tsp pepper
- - 8 oz cooked angel hair pasta
- - 1/2 c chopped parsley
How To Make lemon garlic pasta

Step 1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook 1 minute stiring constantly. Do not allow garlic to burn as it will turn bitter.

Step 2Add lemon juice, salt and pepper

Step 3Bring to a boil and pour over cooked pasta.

Step 4Add parsley and toss gently

Step 5Serve immediately.
