Such a easy refreshing pastas salad to bring to a potluck. I make the night before so all the flavors marry. And I use a creamy dressing which sticks to the pasta and veggies well.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked drained rinsed tri color pasta
- 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 2 - ears fresh corn cooked cut off cob
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 small chopped onion
- 10 small green olives sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs of choice (used lemon basil)
- 1 cup of creamy italian dressing
- - s&p
- - juice from half lemon
How To Make creamy garden veg pasta salad

Step 1Boil pasta in heavy salted water, rinse in cold water and set aside. Chopp and dice all veggies.

Step 2Add all veggies to bowl season well with s&p, squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon juice over and mix. Next add pasta followed by dressing, toss well. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and refrigerate for 4hrs or overnight.
