Such a easy refreshing pastas salad to bring to a potluck. I make the night before so all the flavors marry. And I use a creamy dressing which sticks to the pasta and veggies well.

8 oz
cooked drained rinsed tri color pasta
2 c
chopped fresh broccoli
ears fresh corn cooked cut off cob
1 large
tomato chopped
1 small
chopped onion
10 small
green olives sliced
2 Tbsp
fresh chopped herbs of choice (used lemon basil)
1 c
of creamy italian dressing
juice from half lemon

How to Make Creamy Garden Veg Pasta Salad


  • 1Boil pasta in heavy salted water, rinse in cold water and set aside.
    Chopp and dice all veggies.
  • 2Add all veggies to bowl season well with s&p, squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon juice over and mix.
    Next add pasta followed by dressing, toss well.
    Sprinkle with fresh herbs and refrigerate for 4hrs or overnight.
