Ingredients

  • 2 cups of your favorite pasta ,such as rotini
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup thin sliced carrots
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in 1/2
  • 2 to 3 - green onions, chopped
  • 16 ounces large curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup original ranch dressing

How To Make pasta with cottage cheese salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta al dente in boiling water(about 8 minutes).Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain. Combine pasta and vegetables in a large bowl. Add cottage cheese and dressing; mix lightly to blend. Chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
  • Step 2
    If desired add 1/2 cup chopped ham or other protein. Such as chicken , chopped up hot dogs, pepperoni, tuna,bologna, bacon,roast beef,a leftover hamburger , you can add olives or nuts too or cauliflower, zucchini. etc...
