Ingredients
- 1 - 9-10oz package soba noodles
- 1 - english cucumber cubed
- 1 cup carrots cut
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup finly chopped cilantro
- 3 - garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- - juice of one lime
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
How To Make cold oriental noodle salad

Step 1Cook soba noodles according to package, rinse in cold water. Add carrots cucumbers and cilantro and set aside.

Step 2In a bowl whisk together rest of ingredients, except for sesame seeds and pour over noodles and veggies. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
