Ma you are a cooking crazy EVERY MORNING, OF THE WEEK, i DON'T KNOW HOW YOU DO IT. Perhaps it will be in one of your next Irish books. Smile, IRISH SWEET CAKE/SPOTTED DOG or my Irish Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner It is made the way my Father In Law made it,from his Irish Roots. It's So good, and No doubt I will make at least 3 or 4 Briskets on the Big day. My husband looks forward to our big Irish Dinner. Smile As so many others do on that Special Day. I may even splurge and purchase at least one or two of them, but the decision will be which 2, if I can't get them all. smile Have a great day Ma. Take care.
