irish cream liquor

I got this recipe from my husbands co-worker. She would make this for us every Christmas, and we LOVE it! I finally decided to make it myself! The only change I made was to cook the mixture. I do this because of the eggs, even though the whiskey probably kills any bacteria from the eggs! I just wanted to be extra careful! This recipe makes about 28 fl. oz. I bought a case of 12oz. bottles and corks online. This makes a great holiday gift!

NOTE: You don't have to cook this if you don't want to! You can just pour everything into a blender and blend til thoroughly combined.
