- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 5 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut up into cubes
- 1 pound carrots, sliced
- 1 - small onion, diced
- 24 ounces ketchup
- 3 tablespoons texas pete hot sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make irish beef stew

Step 1Boil beef stew meat for 2 hours until tender. Cut potatoes into cubes and put potatoes in with broth and beef and put carrots and onions in beef mixture. Cook until potatoes start getting tender. Put ketchup, hot sauce, salt and pepper and allow to cook on medium-low until potatoes, carrot and meat are done.
