'green fire" baked chicken breasts

One of my Red Hat sisters sent me this found recipe. Credit goes to: Tabasco Co. She loves this recipe,and knows I will also because... I LOVE THE GREEN TABASCO! I use it on my scrambled eggs.ETC. Don't let this recipe name fool you. GREEN FIRE ?? MMmmmm Sounds cute, but it is milder than the RED TABASCO. You can always adjust the Tabasco to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons tabasco brand green jalapeno pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How To Make 'green fire" baked chicken breasts

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400F. Combine mayonnaise,and Tabasco sauce in a pie plate and mix well Combine bread crumbs,cheese, ans parsley in a second pie plate. Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Dip into into mayonnaise mixture and coat well on both sides, then dip into bread crumb mixture and coat well. Place on a baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown, and no longer pink.
