Oh my goodness, that sounds delish! I will have to remember to do that!! Another great tip! thank you! I LOVE lemon on my fish! Such a great idea to freeze them and Iam making these cook books for my children and I want my children to have those tips.

Tammy, last night I fixed fish and used some of the grated frozen lemon in the panko breading---oh, was it good. :)

Thank you Courtney for a wonderful frosting! Like you said on the recipe, good homemade frosting is hard to find! Most are too sweet for my liking. And chocolate frosting is my favorite! This is a keeper!

You are very welcome Susan! I have some of your other recipes going in some others I'm working on. If you look at the recipe you submitted, it says Top Tarts, I thought you meant to do that! LOL!!! I can't stop laughing about that! That just makes me love the recipe more!! I am really sorry to hear you are in such pain to! I will pray for healing! Hi Tammy,
Thank you for putting my recipe in your cookbook. I am honored. You know the recipe you added is a recipe I have not made yet. I have an 8 year old coming over soon and he and I are planning on making these. I can hardly wait!
I am not complaining, believe me, you have a typo in the title of my recipe! lol It is "Homemade Pop Tarts". Everyone will figure it out for sure.
I am looking forward to making a cookbook also. I can't for awhile as I was just diagnosed with Sciatica and it is so painful to sit for any length of time. I am doing ok right at this very moment, but will have to get up in a little bit.
