I can't imagine anyone not liking homemade chicken salad. You can serve it on a bed of lettuce, in a salad or on a sandwich. It's delicious any way you choose to serve it...This is another family favorite that I want to share. Hope you enjoy...You can use this recipe when you have left over turkey, too.

Ingredients

  • 3 large
    chicken breast halves, baked, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 small
    sweet onion
  • 1/2 c
    sweet pickle relish
  • 2 large
    eggs, boiled and mashed
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Dice chicken as fine as you can get it or run through grinder or chopper
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well blended. Serve on a bed of lettuce or use in sandwiches. Delicious either way...
