- 3 pounds gound beef
- 1/3 cup instant minced onion
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, dry
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
How To Make quanity make-ahead meatballs

Step 1Make and freeze meatballs.

Step 2Pre-heat oven to 400.

Step 3Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Step 4Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased jelly rool pan. Bake about 10 minutes or until done.

Step 5TO FREEZE: cool meatballs about 5 minutes. Place in freezer 15 minutes. Pack partially frozen meatballs in freezer container, Label, date and place in freezer.

Step 635 meatballs per pound of hamburger.
