Make on your day off and freeze for later use! I did this a lot during colder weather and then they were ready for football season to pull out when the boys brought home a house full for game day!! or after-party

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds gound beef
  • 1/3 cup instant minced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk

How To Make quanity make-ahead meatballs

  • Step 1
    Make and freeze meatballs.
  • Step 2
    Pre-heat oven to 400.
  • Step 3
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Step 4
    Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased jelly rool pan. Bake about 10 minutes or until done.
  • Step 5
    TO FREEZE: cool meatballs about 5 minutes. Place in freezer 15 minutes. Pack partially frozen meatballs in freezer container, Label, date and place in freezer.
  • Step 6
    35 meatballs per pound of hamburger.
