Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    gound beef
  • 1/3 c
    instant minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    milk

How to Make Quanity Make-Ahead Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Make and freeze meatballs.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased jelly rool pan. Bake about 10 minutes or until done.
  5. TO FREEZE: cool meatballs about 5 minutes. Place in freezer 15 minutes. Pack partially frozen meatballs in freezer container, Label, date and place in freezer.
  6. 35 meatballs per pound of hamburger.
