This is a further modification of the famous Elvis Presley's sandwich. To me, lumpia wrappers from the frozen section work better. they're thin and crispy, even if they're baked. I also think these rolls taste better while still warm

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 medium bananas
- 12 - egg roll wrappers
- - cooking spray
How To Make peanut butter - banana rolls

Step 1Preheat oven to 425°F

Step 2Combine peanut butter, ginger, cayenne and honey in a small bowl. Halve bananas lengthwise, then crosswise. Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter mixture near bottom corner of a wrapper, top with a piece of banana. Bring bottom corner up and fold sides towards the center, roll up. Moisten final top corner with water; seal. Repeat with remaining ingredients

Step 3Spray rolls with cooking spray; place seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through, or until golden brown
