How to Make Homemade Chocolate Frosting
- 1In a double boiler add chocolate chips, milk, and butter. Stir over medium heat until smooth. Add to mixer and beat in the powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, if very lumpy run it through a strainer. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and then beat for another 1-2 minutes before using.
