Ingredients
- COMBINE & PRESS ALL BUT 1 1/4 CUP IN 9X13 PAN:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 3/4 cup butter
- COMBINE, POUR OVER CRUST:
- 2 cups pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 1 can eagle brand milk (sweetened condensed)
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 1/8 tablespoons nutmeg

Step 1Sprinkle remaining crust on top and grind some fresh nutmeg (or use preground) and a little cinnamon on top.

Step 2Bake @ 375 degrees for 40-45 min.
