If you’re lucky enough to be Irish...
You’re lucky enough!

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Connie, the JAP site does it all. All I do is add the recipes in the various categories and submit it. They do the printing and the selling. They get all the profits. All I get is the satisfaction--lol! I love putting together cookbooks. It's fun to go through all the recipes and see what fits in a particular cookbook. You'll have to try it!

Awesome Cookbook and so rare and Valuable Irish History of good eats.One of these days I am going to make one myself I hope.Do you put one together and then the site here sells more of your cookbooks by ordering through site or do you use site to do graphics and recipes and then have a printing shop print out for you and do a ring binder or do you do the printing on a home printer yourself?You can tell that I have a quest for knowledge!Please let me know the know how as this does intriegue me.I love the Irish and King Henry the 8th had a passion for life,s learning also.(He just ate too much)!My unmet heritage.On the other side of the blankets.Ha! Ha! but true.

Thanks, Jeanne. I will give it to her at Christmas. She is my oldest and first niece. I was just seven years old when she was born, so we grew up more like sisters. She is a wonderful cook herself and an expert baker, so I know she will appreciate some of these recipes.
