Ingredients For irish potato casserole

  • 8 to 10 md
    potatoes
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 1/4 c
    chopped chives
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • dash
    paprika (optional)

How To Make irish potato casserole

    Cook, drain, and mash potatoes.

    Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Add potatoes and all remaining ingredients, and then beat until combined. Spoon into lightly buttered two-quart casserole, cover and refrigerate.

    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Uncover; sprinkle paprika on top (if desired). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 40 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
