Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 package coleslaw
  • 4-5 - carrots, chopped
  • 4-5 - potatoes, chopped
  • 15 ounces sauerkraut, canned

How To Make irish boiled dinner

  • Step 1
    Slice sausage, carrots, and onion and place in large pot, just covered with water. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer rapidly 10 more minutes. Add coleslaw and simmer rapidly 5-10 more minutes. Taste for seasoning. Serve.
