How to Make INVALID'S BREAD PUDDING

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the milk and the butter to a boil over medium heat. Pour over the bread crumbs. Add the sugar.
  2. Beat the egg, add a few teaspoons of the hot milk, and stir together, then slowly add back into the other ingredients.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
