This recipe is a winner and it deserves to be in this cookbook, I love making these for my lunches at work or when I need something quick but always so good for you. I know many will enjoy it, I know my youngest son loves these!
I love rice pudding and it always brings back childhood memories when its made. I always loved watching my mom make it. I am glad to include it in this cookbook.
