Hubby subtly hinted that he'd love a pot of these meatballs for work this week. They're great for any party and use ingredients most have in their pantry. I love the fact that they're finished off in the slow cooker. Makes for tender flavorful meatballs. My husband loves them served over rice. Try them for your next tailgate party, they will surely be a hit. I usually double if taking to a party. Enjoy!

  • Step 1
In a large bowl, gently mix meat with remaining ingredients. Don't over mix, just until combined. 2 Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Using my 1 inch cookie scoop, I arranged meatballs on 2 cookie sheets.
