4 ozcan chopped jalapenos (do not drain)

1 1/2 lbthin top round steak

12 slicethick bacon
How to Make Bacon Wrapped Steak Poppers aka Stacons
- In a bowl, combine neufchatel, sour cream, mayo, cheese, and jalapenos. Spread a tablespoon or so onto a slice of thin steak; roll it and wrap with a slice of bacon. Repeat with all steak rolls.
