Take Jalapeno Popper Dip, thin Top Round Steak, and wrap it in bacon and grill it. This is a delicious low carb meal. My son has lovingly dubbed these "Stacons."

Ingredients
- 8 ounces neufchatel cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 4 ounces can chopped jalapenos (do not drain)
- 1 1/2 pounds thin top round steak
- 12 slices thick bacon
How To Make bacon wrapped steak poppers aka stacons

Step 1In a bowl, combine neufchatel, sour cream, mayo, cheese, and jalapenos. Spread a tablespoon or so onto a slice of thin steak; roll it and wrap with a slice of bacon. Repeat with all steak rolls.

Step 2Place rolls on a greased piece of foil and place foil on grill. Grill until done on all sides.
