frozen meatballs, (20 oz.), thawed or your own meatball recipe

tomato sauce (8 oz. each)
1 can(s)
beef broth (10 oz.)
3/4 c
red wine
3/4 c
water

baby carrots (16 oz.)

mushrooms (4 oz.), drained

garlic powder

How to Make Crock Pot Meatball Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place potatoes, carrots, onion, mushrooms and meatballs in a crockpot.
  • 2In a bowl, stir tomato sauce, beef broth, red wine, 3/4 water and garlic powder. Pour over meatballs and vegetables.
  • 3Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
  • 41 hour before it's to be done, thicken sauce with 2 tbsps. flour into 1/2 cup cold water.
