Ingredients
- 1 package frozen meatballs, (20 oz.), thawed or your own meatball recipe
- 2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. each)
- 1 can beef broth (10 oz.)
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 - onion, sliced
- 4-5 - potatoes, cut into large cubes
- 1 package baby carrots (16 oz.)
- 1 can mushrooms (4 oz.), drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup cold water
How To Make crock pot meatball stew

Step 1Place potatoes, carrots, onion, mushrooms and meatballs in a crockpot.

Step 2In a bowl, stir tomato sauce, beef broth, red wine, 3/4 water and garlic powder. Pour over meatballs and vegetables.

Step 3Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.

Step 41 hour before it's to be done, thicken sauce with 2 tbsps. flour into 1/2 cup cold water.
