Hello everyone! I love the older recipes from the 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's. You will find that many of my recipes are made the old fashioned, no short cut way as I demonstrate on my YouTube Channel, Elaine's Country Home. I hope you'll stop in and visit my channel. I started the channel so that my children and grandchildren will never have to wonder how I fix something, lol! I'm a piano teacher and my husband and I live on the southeastern coast of North Carolina with our dog Jada and our cats, Jasper, Tuxie, and Serena. We have three children, 6 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
