Ingredients

1 - 32 ozchicken broth or water flavored with chicken bouillon

3 Tbspbutter, divided

1 tspolive oil
-
1 lbboneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite sized cubes

1 tspgarlic paste

6 ozfettuccine pasta - break into

1 cwhipping cream
-
3/4 cshredded parmesan cheese
-
1/4 - 1/2 cchopped green onion
-
1/2 tspfresh cracked black pepper
-
8 ozpackage, steamed asparagus - cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces - or other vegetable
How to Make ~ Easy Skillet Chicken Fettuccine Parm ~ Delish!
- Add the pasta back to the same skillet, along with the cream, chicken and juices and slowly stir in the Parmesan cheese. Next stir in the pepper, onion and last tablespoon of butter. Cook until desired thickness, about 4 - 5 minutes. Add the cooked asparagus and heat through. ( if you need to thin out the sauce, add 1 tablespoon at a time of the reserved broth you cooked the pasta in.)
