I love to make my Chicken & Ranch Wraps! My family loves when I make them too and they are so easy, so quick and sooo delicious! You get your protein, veggies and starch all in one yummy bite. I often serve them with fruit like grapes or my Celebration Fruit Salad! I hope you try this recipe sometime soon and enjoy it too!

How To Make chicken & ranch wraps, jeanne's way
-
Step 1Chop all of your veggies.
-
Step 2If you are using the uncooked flour tortillas, place one in a pre-heated iron skillet at medium high heat and cook for 30 seconds until it is bubbly and brown on one side. (Please see step 11 if you are using pre-cooked tortillas).
-
Step 3Turn tortilla over and cook other side for 30 seconds until brown.
-
Step 4Take cooked/warmed flour tortilla and spread the mayonnaise over one side only.
-
Step 5To tortilla, add a handful of shredded lettuce, chopped red onions, chopped tomatoes and chopped avocado.
-
Step 6Add some of the ranch dressing on top of the veggies.
-
Step 7Place the chicken strips on top of veggies and dressing. NOTE: Be sure to cook the chicken following boxed instructions if store bought and place on wrap while hot! If you make your own then make sure they are hot too!
-
Step 8Add the rest of the dressing. Add more if you wish!
-
Step 9Wrap up and secure with a toothpick!
-
Step 10Place in microwave and heat for 20 to 25 seconds before serving. Enjoy!
-
Step 11For your information. I used uncooked flour tortillas and I highly recommend them if you can find them. But if not, then the regular pre-cooked flour tortillas work very well too! In fact, I always used the pre-cooked kind before I found the un-cooked kind. Here is a picture of the ones that I use now.
