This book is dedicated to my mother, Hattie Ginn and my father Charlie Ginn, They were both the best Southern Cooks in the world....I love and miss them so much. You could smell mother's biscuits all over the neighborhood and all of the neighborhood kids would come over. The first thing they would ask was "Does your mom have anymore biscuits?"
Dad was famous for his Catfish Stew.It was so delicious. His recipe is in this book..
