I love to cook. I could stay in the kitchen all day but I must confess that I don't like the clean up part. This one pan dinner is a favorite. You simply put everyting in a 9x13 inch baking pan or a large casserole. I love the simplicity and most of the ingredients are things you have on hand....
Spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam, and preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl, mix ground beef with cracker crumbs, diced onion, soy sauce, eggs and salt and pepper.
Shape into a loaf and put into middle of baking pan. On top of the loaf, cut 3 pieces of bacon in half and place on top of meatloaf.
On one side of loaf, place potatoes, cut side down and cut margarine and place on the potatoes. On the other side, add drained green beans. With 15 minutes of cooking time left, add the ranch bacon dressing to the green beans. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in preheated over for one hour and 15 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before slicing.
