Before I retired, I was a banker and during the Holidays, my customers always brought me wonderful gift. One of my favorites was Mrs. Crenshaw who made this for me every year. Before I retired, she gave me the recipe and here it is..The icing is a lot like the one I use for my dreamsicle cake...You will love this recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow, butter cake mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can mandarin oranges including juice
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 large eggs
- FROSTING
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipped topping
How To Make celestial snow cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 3 (8 inch cake pans. Combine all ingredients and blend until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Divide evenly into the 3 pans and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool on baking racks completely.

Step 2Frosting: Mix all ingredients well and frost between layers and top and sides. Refrigerate.
